About this site
Is this the official Stojo website?
No. Stojo by BrandedItems is run by BrandedItems, Inc., a promotional products distributor in Tustin, California. We sell Stojo collapsible cups to businesses and organizations, decorated with their logo.
Can you help with a Stojo cup I already have?
No. We only handle branded orders placed with us. For warranty claims, product questions and retail orders, please contact Stojo directly.
Do you sell replacement lids, straws or parts?
No. We do not stock replacement lids, sleeves or straws, and we cannot order single parts. Please contact Stojo directly.
Can I buy a single Stojo cup from you?
No. We only sell Stojo collapsible cups with a logo, in quantity. The minimum is 72 cups, and orders go in full cartons.
Minimums and pricing
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 72 cups, and orders go in full cartons. The exact minimum is at the top of the price table on every product page. In addition, orders from new non-corporate customers have a $1,000 order minimum.
Does the price include my logo?
Yes. Every price on this site includes your logo in one location with the decoration named in the column. A one-color pad print and a full color print are priced in separate columns; full color costs the same for one color or many.
Are there other charges?
Setup is $55 per design. Names on each piece and ink changes have their own charges, listed on the product page. Shipping is quoted with your order, and stock is confirmed within one business day.
Can I mix colors in one order?
Yes, as long as the total quantity meets the minimum and the same logo is used. Tell us the split by color when you ask for a quote.
Do you have nonprofit or school pricing?
We do not have a separate price list for nonprofits or schools. Send a quote request with your quantity and we will price it.
Logo, proofs and production
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg or a vector .pdf) works best. If you only have a .png or .jpg, send it anyway; our art team will tell you if it needs to be redrawn for the decoration method.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof showing your logo on the cup and color you picked. Production starts only after you approve it.
How long does production take?
Production is 7 business days for a pad print and 10 business days for full color, after proof approval. Shipping is added on top, and each product page lists the time for every decoration option.
Can you meet a deadline?
Usually, if we know the in-hands date when you ask for a quote. Rush production is available on many items and in-stock colors; the product pages list it where it applies.
Do you keep my artwork for reorders?
Yes. We keep your artwork and the approved proof on file, so a reorder only needs the quantity, colors and shipping address.
Shipping, payment and samples
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, shipping to Canada and other countries can be arranged. Send your destination with the quote request and we will quote freight and any import charges.
Can the order ship to several addresses?
Yes. Send the address list with your quote request and we will quote each shipment.
How can I pay?
By credit card, invoice, purchase order, check or wire transfer. First orders are paid in advance; net terms are set per client after that.
Do you offer samples?
It depends on the product. Ask us about the model you are considering and we will tell you what is possible.
Can I order without a logo?
Yes, at the same minimum as decorated pieces. Most buyers order with a logo, because the setup is small next to the order.
Who will I work with?
After your quote request, an account manager emails you the quote, the proof and a payment link, and stays with the order until delivery. Our team works continental US hours, 6 am to 5 pm Pacific.
Stojo product questions
Which Stojo sizes do you offer?
We offer the Stojo 16 oz Collapsible Cup with a logo. Other Stojo sizes are not available as promotional products through us at the moment.
Can a Stojo cup be used for hot coffee?
Yes. Stojo says its food-grade silicone and temperature-resistant sleeve work for hot or cold drinks. It comes with a straw for cold drinks.
Is the Stojo cup dishwasher safe?
With a pad printed logo it is top-shelf dishwasher safe and comes apart for cleaning. With a full color print, hand wash only.
Do you have Stojo promo codes or coupons?
No. We do not sell Stojo at retail. Our prices are for cups with a logo, in quantity.
